Event Funding Application

  3. The BID II board reserves the right to withhold up to 1% of funding to be used by the CVB for social media marketing of the event, depending on the marketing needs of the event.

  5. Upload documentation to verify all funding and in-kind service sources. Documentation should also include fundraising efforts that were unsuccessful.

  8. Once form is submitted and reviewed, a member from the CVB will contact you to set up a presentation time with the BID II Board. We will include a copy of this form to the email address provided for your records.
