YES *Hotel Room Blocks will be placed with the Host Hotel awarded the (RFP) Bid. Approximately 150 rooms will be needed.
-Three vendors that will use 1200 sq. ft. each
-25 vendors that will have one 8' table each.
-No area needed for the model/photo contest, as was previously discussed.
-Small area needed for model/photo displays.
Also will need banquet space for 200-300 attendees, plus staging and A/V equipment for keynote speakers (can be in the same area as the banquet, or on the other side of the room away from the tables, however it works best.)
Conference space will be utilized mainly in the evenings (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and a farewell brunch will be served Sunday morning.
Organizer would like a floorplan/layout of the conference space, as well as menu information to be submitted with the proposal.
Please provide the number of rooms avaiable.
