Walk-in areas are for hunting only. Other activities such as target shooting, camping, horseback riding, fishing or dog training are prohibited. |

Resident and nonresident youth hunters must be 12 (or turn 12 by Dec. 31) through 15 years old, possess a valid HuntSAFE certificate and small game license, and be accompanied by an unarmed adult. The 3-day youth season is the first weekend of October. |

Is there an early resident-only pheasant season? |

Early resident-only is 3 days, usually the Saturday - Monday after youth season. |

Is road hunting permitted? |
| |
Public road right-of-way within 660 feet of livestock, occupied homes, churches, and schoolhouses are CLOSED to public hunting. It is your responsibility to verify that you are more than 660 feet from these protected areas when hunting road right-of-ways. Violation of this law can carry a one-year suspension of hunting privileges. |

What are the rules of Non-toxic shot? |
